Welcome to a land downunder. The 2017 MTB Worlds takes place at Smithfield MTB Park in Cairns, Australia. Aka, the jungle. Getting to Cairns, is going to the end of the earth for many teams and rider, let me say thanks for making the journey to my country. As an avid aussie mountain biker, getting to a World Cup event has been on my radar since I couldn’t make the 2015 Cairns event. I had a film project in mind for this event, basically filming it as I shoot weddings, but with a high speed turn-around , basically the evening of the event wrap-up. I hope you feel a part of the day as much as I did being there.
